Two questions: What can you recommend as the best and most non-techie friendly MintPPC manual out there? Also, can we have a "mini-manual" topic here dedicated just to quick and easy solutions to simple problems? For example, I just finished rebuilding my previously erased panel bar, but I'd like to rearrange the order of the icons. How can one do such?

right click panel bar, click Panel Settings then tab Appearance. Some of these things you can do up and down. I don't know an easier way. Feel free to set the manual up. Others and I can add.

Manual, I would read the Arch Linux LXDE manual:

LXDE is not extremely user friendly, it's very fast though.
