Hello i just installed MintPPC11
so after installation i see just the mousepointer and all the rest is black, i think this is the login screen. So i tried to go to the terminal with alt+ctrl+F1 key, but its not function. So how i fix this problem? THX for your help

Also, can you tell us if you have downloaded and properly installed an xorg.conf file in your "/etc/X11" path? If you did, which one of these did you use?

so if u have one of those imacs with a radeon graphics card, i might have a solution for u.
just follow the steps which i described here:

read all my posts... the problem with wrong colors which i described on that page did only happen on debian with kde, not under mintppc which u installed, so i think u will be fine with your imac after you followed all stepps
