Hi, I'm new here, installed mintppc on my dual G5 radeon.
Mintppc is a great first try-out for me, I also want to try out other distro's AND I want to keep the macosx on the machine.
Ik edited yaboot, I have now a dual boot: L, X and C.
However: when booting from cdrom I get a questionmark and foldericon, macicon and questionmark turning on and off.
Putting linux on a PPC is new for me, how can I install/replace/remove other distro's so I can make the choice which one is right for me?

Remove Linux from within a Linux installation, by manually editing the partitions. Leave OSX there.

I could try the mini.iso (MintPPC11), maybe it will boot again.
The problem occurred after installing MintPPC11 and editing the yaboot.conf.
Perhaps I need to add something in Yaboot.conf so I can boot from cd again.
As I stated: I cannot boot another linux distro right now.
I'll try it tonight.

By the way: what happens to yaboot if I wipe the linuxpartition?

Weird: the mintPPC cd works, any burned dvd doesn't work on the G5
Think I cracked the problem, use a netboot cd.
